Holy Cow Salsa

- 5 whole habaneras seeded shopping list
- 10 whole tomatillos husked and rinsed shopping list
- 2 whole vidalia onions skinned shopping list
- 6 whole sweet red peppers seeded shopping list
- 2 whole smoked habaneras shopping list
- 1 liter chipotle peppers shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cumin shopping list
- 2 ounces balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Process ingredients in a blender individually in order listed until you reach dried peppers.
- Pour into non-reactive container.
- Place smoked habaneras and chipotles in blender.
- Drain juice from mixture in bowl into blender and process.
- Add to mixture in bowl then add cumin and stir well.
- Drizzle vinegar over top then let marinate overnight
