WHARF SHRIMP DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bennett Estate in Pilot Point Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds shrimp chopped fine
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces ketchup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 white onion finely grated

Directions
  1. Cook shrimp then mix all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
