The Spinach Dip Ever

- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 package frozen spinach (8 oz.) shopping list
- 1 packet vegetable soup mix (Knorr's is what I use) shopping list
- Whatever you like for dipping (celery, crackers, tortilla chips, pumpernickel bread chunks . . .) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spinach according to package directions.
- Drain spinach very, very well using colander (and squeezing out any excess water with paper towels if you're in a hurry).
- Combine spinach with all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Let sit in fridge for at least an hour to allow the soup mix to rehydrate and thicken.
- Eat. (But try not to eat it all yourself. You will be tempted.)
