Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

- 1 pound ground chuck shopping list
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) package sharp cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 (3 oz) can French fried onions shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck and next 8 ingredients, mixing well.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup and mustard into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup mixture.
- Press meat mixture into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a rack or broiler pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf.
- Bake 40 minutes. Top with French fried onions; bake 10 minutes to 15 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.

Sounds very yummie, have to try this recipe on my husband, he a picky meatloaf person, but I like any myself. Sounds like a 5 to me.
