How to make it

  • Slice each scallop horizontally into four thin disks and arrange on a serving dish. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then sprinkle with a generous pinch of Vanilla Salt.
  • Scatter ginger and mint over the dish and serve

    I agree with beelzebufo, its really an excellent appetizer. The mint balance your taste palettes before the entree is serve. I've tried it but i replace ginger with japanese pickled ginger (benisyoga). It adds another distinct taste & color to your dish. The White scallops, Green mint, Red-orange ginger, & Yellow lemon slice gives it more elegance. Salamat!!
