About 5 Minutes Caramel Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. In pan, bring sugar, milk and butter to boil and cook for 1 minute
  2. Remove from heat, add butterscotch chips, vanilla
  3. Mix well
  4. Ice cake, cookies or muffins

Would you cook the first three as in bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute? Sorry for asking but I want to be sure before I try this out. It sounds so different and good!
