Healthy Breaded Chicken Parmesan

- Two skinless, boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tbsp onions, dried shopping list
- Crushed red peppers if desired shopping list
- 1 -2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally so you will end up with thin pieces.
- Rub each piece with olive oil.
- Mix dry ingredients together and pat each piece with the crumb mixture until well covered.
- Bake at 375*F for about 20 minutes.

This Healthy Breaded Chicken Parmesan recipe deserves a Blue Ribbon for it's overall flavor. It is not overloaded with cheese like so many others yet it taste as good, so I had to add it to the group Chicken Little
