This is an easy peach pie everyone will want the recipe. This recipe came from my grandmother and has been one of the family favorites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jell-o
  • 8-9 medium peaches
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • cool whip if desired

Directions
  1. Cut up peaches and put in crust.
  2. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear.
  3. Remove from heat and add Jell-o and dissolve.
  4. Pour over cut up peaches in shell.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Top with cool whip if desired
