How to make it

  • Cut up peaches and put in crust.
  • Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear.
  • Remove from heat and add Jell-o and dissolve.
  • Pour over cut up peaches in shell.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Top with cool whip if desired
