How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Sprinkle seasoning on bottom of 2 quart baking dish to make a light coat.
  • Squeeze some honey mustard on top of seasoning - just some "squiggles" across the dish.
  • Place the chicken, side by side (in alternating up and down order so they fit nicely) in the dish.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning and squeeze some honey mustard over the top (to taste).
  • Bake COVERED at 350 degrees for half an hour.
  • Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for an additional 15-20 minutes or until done.
  • **note - there will be a lot of "juice" at the bottom of the dish. I always transfer the chicken to a serving plate before presentation. The liquid can be added to mashed potatoes for a complimentary side.**
