This marinade is delicious. Use on cutlets,chops,kebobs.

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1Tbs coarse-grain mustard
  • 1tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2Tbs lemon juice
  • 2Tbs. honey
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • 1tsp Asian chile paste
  • 1tsp ground tumeric

Directions
  1. In a glass bowl,stir together the garlic,mustard,lemon zest,lemon juice,honey,curry powder,chile paste and tumeric. Rub into any cut of lamb and marinate for at least 3 hours before cooking as desired.
