This dish is a South Texas favorite and is delicious cold or hot. Goes well with chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • paprika (to taste)
  • 2 cans corn (drained)
  • 2 chopped jalapenos (remove veins and seeds)
  • bread crumbs (plain)

Directions
  1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk ina baking dish (pyrex or corningwear) in oven @ 350 degrees
  2. Add corn, chopped jalapeno and mix well
  3. Cover the top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes...serve warm or cold
