Chicken Enchiladas

- 4 - 5 C. cooked chicken, chopped shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 C. chopped onion shopping list
- 10 flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. sour cream shopping list
- taco sauce - mild or hot shopping list
- 1 small can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1 C. shredded pepper Jack or monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, and onion together well
- Put a large spoonful in each tortilla and roll up
- Place filled tortillas in a greased casserole dish
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, taco sauce, and green chiles
- Top tortillas with sour cream mixture
- Top with shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake 30 minutes at 350.
