How to make it

  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, and onion together well
  • Put a large spoonful in each tortilla and roll up
  • Place filled tortillas in a greased casserole dish
  • In another bowl, combine sour cream, taco sauce, and green chiles
  • Top tortillas with sour cream mixture
  • Top with shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake 30 minutes at 350.

    I've tried three different chicken enchiladas recipes recently and they were all just OK. Maybe I'll try this one too! Sounds yummy.
