Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients

4 - 5 C. cooked chicken, chopped

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 C. chopped onion

10 flour tortillas

1 1/2 C. sour cream

taco sauce - mild or hot

1 small can chopped green chiles

1 C. shredded Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Mix chicken, cream cheese, and onion together well

Put a large spoonful in each tortilla and roll up

Place filled tortillas in a greased casserole dish

In another bowl, combine sour cream, taco sauce, and green chiles

Top tortillas with sour cream mixture

Top with shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake 30 minutes at 350.
