Light N Tangy Dill Dip Recipe
Terrific, low-fat, protein-rich and extremely easy, a perfect accompaniment to carrot sticks or toasted pita. Makes about 1 cup, 8 servings of 2 tbsp each.

Ingredients
  • ½ block (about 5 oz) Mori-Nu lite tofu
  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt (or soy yogurt)
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend smooth.
  2. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
