This salad goes by other names, but it was created for the owner of Yardley Inn in Bucks County, PA.

Ingredients
  • Baby Spinach
  • Spring Mix
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Belgium Endive, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 ounces of French sheeps Milk Feta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Toasted Pecans
  • 4 ounces Fresh Peaches or Mangos
  • Fini Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Mix the Fini Balsamic Vinegar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Sprinkle over greens and serve
  3. Fini* is the secret ingredient
