Ingredients
  • 1 box Jiffy brand cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  4. Optional:
  5. add one can of chopped green chilies for a Mexican side.
