Smoked Trout Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. trout, smoked or grilled
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 TBSP horseradish
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash each - paprika, red pepper, salt (to taste)

Directions
  1. Either buy cooked trout or cook on smoker or grill yourself
  2. Remove bones from trout
  3. Combine all ingredients together
  4. Chill & enjoy!
