How to make it

  • heat oil in a non stick skillet.
  • brown chicken on both sides, transfer to a plate
  • add spices and chopped onion and cook until softened
  • return chicken to skillet and add walnut paste and juice
  • simmer for 20 minutes,until cooked and sauce has reduced and thickened slightly
