Pomegranate Chichen-AKA-persian chicken

- 2 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2# of skinless,boneless thighs shopping list
- 1 Tbs. cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. turmeric shopping list
- 1 midium onion,chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup walnuts,ground into a paste shopping list
- 1 cup of pomegranate juice shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in a non stick skillet.
- brown chicken on both sides, transfer to a plate
- add spices and chopped onion and cook until softened
- return chicken to skillet and add walnut paste and juice
- simmer for 20 minutes,until cooked and sauce has reduced and thickened slightly
