How to make it

  • Put rice in to 3 qt saucepan.
  • Mix in tomatoes and mushrooms.
  • Add water and heat on low-medium (you want the water to simmer).
  • Place the salmon filets on top of the rice.
  • Season with salt and pepper (to taste) and sprinkle tarragon on top.
  • Cover and cook for 5 - 10 minutes, or until fish "flakes" when a fork is inserted.
  • Enjoy!
