If you like the smell of oranges and cloves then this is the mousse for you! You can actually eat this intoxicatingly delicious smell!

Ingredients
  • .5 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ - ¾ tsp cloves, powdered
  • 1 orange, zest
  • 2 sheets of gelatine
  • The oranges, juiced
  • 1 cup fresh cream

Directions
  1. Set your gelatin sheets in water to soak.
  2. Melt sugar and butter in a small pan.
  3. Add in orange zest and juice, and clove powder and bring to a boil.
  4. Filter this liquid mix, then put the gelatin in. Stir until dissolved and let it cool while stiring occasionally.
  5. Now whip up your cream until stif and then once the above liquid is cooled mix together. This needs to be entirely blended before you put the mousse into bowls.
  6. Leave to sit in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  7. Now serve with some chocolate shavings ontop!
