How to make it

  • Set your gelatin sheets in water to soak.
  • Melt sugar and butter in a small pan.
  • Add in orange zest and juice, and clove powder and bring to a boil.
  • Filter this liquid mix, then put the gelatin in. Stir until dissolved and let it cool while stiring occasionally.
  • Now whip up your cream until stif and then once the above liquid is cooled mix together. This needs to be entirely blended before you put the mousse into bowls.
  • Leave to sit in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  • Now serve with some chocolate shavings ontop!
