Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rub Salmon with Olive Oil
  • Thoroughly combine all dry ingredients in a small glass bowl then rub fish portions front and back with the rub until fully coated.
  • place fish in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake approx 25-30 minutes for smaller fish fillets or up to 35-40 minutes for thicker salmon steaks. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork but is not dry. (Overcooked fish will become very dry. )
  • Serve and Garnish each fish with a quick made tomato salsa: Diced sweet onions, 1 crushed garlic clove, chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro and lemon juice to taste(optional)
