How to make it
- In saucepan combine raisins, 1-1/2 cups water and 1 cup sugar then bring to a boil.
- Combine remaining water and sugar plus flour, egg yolks and salt then add to raisin mixture.
- Cook until thickened stirring constantly then remove from heat and add butter and vinegar.
- Pour mixture into baked pie shell and cover with whipped cream.
