Lemon Tart

- 1 packet marie biscuits or graham crackers shopping list
- 65 g butter, melted shopping list
- 3 eggs, seperated shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (150 ml) shopping list
- 1 cup cream (250 ml) shopping list
How to make it
- Roll the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin until very fine.
- Mix well with the butter.
- Press down in 2 madium greased tart baking tins
- Place in fridge to set.
- Beat the egg yolks well.
- Beat in the condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Fold into the condenced milk mixture.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 deg F (180 deg C).
- Beat the cream and serve with the cream.

I wonder how the taste of this one is? It is a new technique adding beaten egg whites to such wonderfull mixture and bake them all..I think I will make this one soon as lemon tarts are favored for me.Why don't you send this one to Notyourmama..She wa...more
