I guess you can tell that I am ready for Spring so I can us the grill. I love to grill out! This is a yummy recipe that I got from our news paper.

Perfect. I am with you and ready for summer, too. The lemon in this will surely give a fresh flavor. I was thinking I'd substitute fresh rosemary for the tarragon, though, and have a very happily fragrant meal.

I was lucky enough to have a beautiful evening here in AR this week and made these up for the grill! So easy to make and they were delicious!! Served with rice and warm bread..... they were a hit!!
