How to make it

  • Place the first three ingredients into a blender container.
  • Scald the milk over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add liqueur and coffee granules until dissolved.
  • Add the hot liquid to the blender container and blend on high for 5 to 8 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into individual cups and chill until firm.
  • Garnish with whipped cream (and shaved chocolate).

    Love it, love it! I really love coffee flavored desserts and this one sound incredible. I like those pots de chocolat but never tried making one with a coffee flavor before. Now I will!!! Love it!
