Kona Coffee Cream

- 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs. instant Kona coffee granules shopping list
- 1/2 cup of irish cream liqueur or coffee-flavored liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- Place the first three ingredients into a blender container.
- Scald the milk over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add liqueur and coffee granules until dissolved.
- Add the hot liquid to the blender container and blend on high for 5 to 8 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into individual cups and chill until firm.
- Garnish with whipped cream (and shaved chocolate).

Love it, love it! I really love coffee flavored desserts and this one sound incredible. I like those pots de chocolat but never tried making one with a coffee flavor before. Now I will!!! Love it!
