Ingredients

2 medium zucchini chopped into fine bits

5 eggs

1 medium white onion

1/4 cup milk

1 cup baking mix

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup grated cheese

Salt, pepper and basil to taste

Directions

Beat eggs lightly then add all other ingredients.

Put mixture into deep pie plate and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
