How to make it

  • In a mixer bowl beat butter at medium speed for 2 minutes or until creamy
  • gradually add sugars, beating well
  • add egg, orange zest, vanilla and orange extract.. mix well
  • combine flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda mix
  • add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended
  • stir in nuts and white chocolate chunks
  • cover and chill dough for 2 hours
  • drop dough by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheets
  • bake in a preheated 350'F for 9 - 10 minutes or just until the edges are golden brown
  • cool 1 minute on baking sheets then put on a wire rack to cool completely....
