Ingredients
  • 2 CANS OF LESUEUR ENGLISH PEAS (VERY YOUNG SMALL EARLY PEAS)
  • 3 BOILED EGGS
  • 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE ( I USE VELVETTA)
  • 1 CUP OF GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 CUP OF MAYONAISE OR MIRACLE WHIP (YOUR CHOICE BUT USE GOOD QUALITY) MAY TAKE MORE OR LESS
  • SEASONING ( I USE NATURES SEASONING)
  • BLACK PEPPER (YOUR DESIRED TASTE)
  • PARSLEY
  • 1/2 CUP DICED DILL OR SWEET PICKLES (OPTIONAL)
  • 1/3 CUP PIMENTO (OPTIONAL)

Directions
  1. DRAIN THE JUICE FROM PEAS
  2. BOIL EGGS. WHEN DONE MASH WITH A FORK OR DICE ( I MASH MINE)
  3. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
  4. REFRIGERATE
  5. THIS ISN'T MY PICTURE BUT SOMETHING CLOSE TO IT.
