Miso dressed cabbage slaw

Yummmy tasty cabbage. I think I have a cabbage addiction. This tasty slaw has a mayo-like dressing that would be a fabulous mayo-like dip for those veganly inclined.
Ingredients
- For half a medium cabbage, thinly sliced: shopping list
- 1 generous Tbsp brown (aka) or light (shiro) miso shopping list
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp white or rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp white sugar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic roughly chopped shopping list
- 3-4 Tbsp peanut oil shopping list
- toasted sesame seeds shopping list
- optional flavourings: a few drops sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, process all the ingredients apart from the sesame seeds.
- The sauce should have the consistency of mayonnaise.
- Taste and correct for acidity.
- Mix with the cabbage and garnish with sesame seeds.
