How to make it
- Cut your pork into 1in x 1in cubes
- Dab some salt on the cubes and roll them in mustard seeds until entirely covered.
- Fry these up with some olive oil on low heat until the pork is cooked all the way through.

Do you really make and eat this? Perhaps it is because I am not used to so much mustard seed, but I made it today and it became an inferno in my stomach. Mild to the mouth, but blazing to the tummy.decobabe in Citta Di Castello loved it
Placed this dish on top of lightly steamed spinach & asparagrass, and served with spicy potato wedges! very delicious!kieran in Newtonards loved it
