- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups persimmons (pulp) shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans ( chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Add persimmon pulp. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Add pecans,coconut, and raisins.(mix). Bake in one large or two small casseroles for one hour or until done in a 325 degree oven.
