Broccoli Romano

- 1 small bunch broccoli shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups dry red wine shopping list
How to make it
- Trim broccoli and cut into small florets.
- Wash well and drain.
- Place olive oil and garlic in large skillet and brown garlic.
- Add broccoli, salt and pepper then cook 5 minutes.
- Add wine then cover skillet and cook over very low flame for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender stirring gently so as not to break florets.
