How to make it

  • Trim broccoli and cut into small florets.
  • Wash well and drain.
  • Place olive oil and garlic in large skillet and brown garlic.
  • Add broccoli, salt and pepper then cook 5 minutes.
  • Add wine then cover skillet and cook over very low flame for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender stirring gently so as not to break florets.
