Carrots in Dilled Wine Sauce

- 8 medium carrots cut into small sticks shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Place carrots in slow cooking pot.
- Combine bouillon, wine, dill, onion, garlic salt and lemon juice.
- Pour over carrots.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water.
- Stir into carrot mixture.
- Cook on HIGH 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
