Ingredients
  • 8 medium carrots cut into small sticks
  • 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Directions
  1. Place carrots in slow cooking pot.
  2. Combine bouillon, wine, dill, onion, garlic salt and lemon juice.
  3. Pour over carrots.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  6. Stir into carrot mixture.
  7. Cook on HIGH 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
