Pinacolada Bread

I made this last night and used it this morning to make french toast for the kids. Delicious!!! Found on the Fleischmann's website. Cook time is a guesstamate as I keep forgetting to time my bread machine which I bought in a thrift store.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut milk shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 ½ cup bread flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flaked, sweetened coconut shopping list
- ½ cup dried, sweetened pineapple, chopped shopping list
- 2¼ teaspoons FLEISCHMANN’S bread machine yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding candied pineapple and coconut with flour.
- Recommended Cycle:
- Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.

This one sounds really good - I see that I need to enlarge my extract collect to include coconut...I will have to try this one... in fact I would like to make bread too today... it's so rainy here in NY...
