Salisbury Steak Recipe

Easy but good. A great dish to make when you are short on time. Goes great with potatoes and salad. We love it and hope you do too.

Ingredients
- 4 cubed steaks about 1/4 pound each
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Dip steaks in flour then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Brown with onion in hot fat and add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook slowly until tender about 35 minutes.

Tried this tonight for dinner. Was the first time I ever cooked Salisbury Steak. I had eaten it in the past, and wasn't to fond of it. For some reason I decided to try cooking it myself, and I used your recipe. It was AWESOME! Will definitely use this recipe again in the future.
