No-bake Cheesecake Pie

Easy to fix dessert, but tastes like you fussed. Plan ahead though. It needs time to chill.
Ingredients
- 1 C. vanilla or white chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust shopping list
- 1/3 C. English toffee bits or almond brickle chips shopping list
How to make it
- In a heavy sausepan, melt white chips over low heat; stirring until smooth.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into the graham cracker crust.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
