Peach Stuffed Waffles

You know me, always on a quest for something new for 'pancake sunday'
Ingredients
- Waffles shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 4 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 12 oz. cream cheese (softened) shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon orange extract shopping list
- . shopping list
- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Waffles - Combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth
- Filling - Using hand mixer combine all filling ingredients, except peaches, until smooth.
- Assembly - Place one waffle each on 4 plates - spread a couple T of filling on each waffle and 1/4 of the peaches. Top with a second waffle and another dollop of filling and a squirt of your favorite syrup. Serve immediately.
