Ingredients

1 pound flour

1 pound currants

3/4 pound granulated sugar

1/2 pound butter

Half the peel of a lemon

1/2 pound citron

8 eggs

3 tablespoons brandy

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together then pour into a tube pan.

Bake at 250 for 2-1/2-hours.
