Fresh Apple Cake

This is a easy apple cake recipe that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Rome Beauty apples, peeled, sliced thin shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, crack eggs over apples and stir to coat.
- add salad oil. stir to coat.
- Sift together dry ingredients except walnuts.
- Add to apples in small batches.
- Stir only enough to moisten each time.
- Add walnuts.
- Bake in floured & greased 9" x 13" baking pan for one hour at 350 degrees.
- Serve w/whipped cream. yummy!!!
