Blue Cheese Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2kg Chicken pieces

1 cup Plain flour

1 t/s Salt

1 t/s Pepper

2 t/s Paprika

Butter ( for frying )

500 ml Fresh Cream

1/2 t/s Lemon juice

175 ml Plain yogurt

1 Triangle blue cheese Frozen (harder one)

Directions

Heat butter in frying pan .

Mix salt , pepper , and paprika with flour .

Coat chicken pieces in flour and fry till light brown .

Arrange chicken pieces in casserole with lid do not put piece

over each other .

Beat your cream till stif with lemn juice .

Add yogurt to cream and beat a second or 2 more .

Grate cheese over chicken and then pour cream mix over .

Bake at 180 d/c for 1 hour with lid and 30min

more without . Serve with wholeweat/rice and veggies of choise .
