My Fathers Corn Pudding Recipe
This is the corn pudding my dear old daddy made!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  3. In casserole, mix corn, flour & sugar.
  4. Add milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla & stir well.
  5. Place butter slices on top.
  6. Stir two or three times during first 30 minutes.
  7. Bake 60 minutes or until set, depends upon moisture content of the corn you use.
