Caramel Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 stick butter

1 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (I like dark brown)

1/4+ cup milk

1/2-3/4 box 10X sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Put butter in pan on top of stove.

Add about 1, up to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar.

Use low to medium low heat.

After it melts, stir in 1/4 cup milk.

Bring to a hard boil and let it boil 1 minute or up to 2 minutes but NO LONGER or it will set up too hard.

Take off heat and pour over about 1/2 up to 3/4 box (1 pound box) of 10X sugar.

Beat well.

Beat in 1 tsp vanilla.

If too thick, add more milk.
