How to make it

  • Slice onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  • Saute onions in butter in skillet until they become transparent.
  • Add the peppers and mushrooms and cook until they are tender and some of the mushroom liquid cooks down.
  • Add soy sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Drain the tuna and stir in.
  • Serve over rice.
