Ingredients
- 2 C. shredded ham
- 4 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 3 C. spinach leaves
- ½ C. sliced olives
- 16 grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 pita bread, halved
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bread. Divide ingredients evenly between pita halves.
