- 1 lb pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 T. A1 steak sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 ½ C. finely crushed buttery crackers shopping list
- 2 T. olive oil shopping list
- ` shopping list
How to make it
- Combine egg and steak sauce in a shallow dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with seasonings in another shallow dish.
- Cut tenderloin crosswise into ½” thick slices. Pound slices to ¼” thickness. Cut each slice in 4 pieces.
- Dip each piece into egg mixture, then cracker crumbs, turning to coat.
- Heat 1 T. of oil in a large nonstick skillet over med heat until hot. Add half of pork and cook 4 to 5 min per side or until browned.
- Repeat with remaining oil and pork.
- Serve with ranch, bbq, sweet hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce.
