Ingredients

How to make it

  • throw the garlic into a mini food process and turn on until all the garlic is minced. It will stick to the sides when it's done.
  • add the vinegar, mustard and mayo. Turn on the processor and slowly add 1/2c to 1 c of olive oil. (how much depends on how thick you want the dressing)
  • Once oil is mixed in add the lemon juice and black pepper and pulse till combined.

this was an excellent, easy caesar dressing. i had all the ingredients and whipped it up in under 10 minutes. so much better than the bottle of Kraft i had been considering!
