How to make it
- throw the garlic into a mini food process and turn on until all the garlic is minced. It will stick to the sides when it's done.
- add the vinegar, mustard and mayo. Turn on the processor and slowly add 1/2c to 1 c of olive oil. (how much depends on how thick you want the dressing)
- Once oil is mixed in add the lemon juice and black pepper and pulse till combined.

I do almost the same ,I think its the hellmans that is a good sub.for the egg.I agreed salad dressing wont do ...too sweet.great postzanna in MOUNT CLEMENS loved it
