Supposedly, the same recipe as the Ranch Dressing at Outback Steakhouse. I would even eat this without the lettuce, if it weren't quite as fattening! Don't skimp on the ingredients, though, it will make a huge difference. Everything in moderation ... More

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing mix (NOT DIP!!)
  • 1 cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup fattening buttermilk...the real deal
  • 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (it's not overpowering, I promise!!)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, or shaker
  2. Mix well
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
  4. Enjoy this truly unique dressing and let the guilt feelings go until tomorrow!!
