Ingredients
  • 4 almond halves, toasted
  • 2 pear halves in natural juice, preferably canned
  • 2 raisins, cut into halves
  • 2 pieces angelica, cut into 1/8 inch by 2 inches (crystalized candy)

Directions
  1. Carefully place the pear halves, round side up, in the serving dish.
  2. At the narrow end of each half, add two almond halves to make mouse ears.
  3. Place raisin halves for nose and eyes
  4. At the other end, insert the angelica to make a tail. Enjoy with your favorite cookies!
