Meuniere Sauce Recipe
This really is good on staemed or blanched green vegetables and seafood. Three cups goes a long way. It keeps well in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
  • Butter or Margarine 1 1/4 lb.
  • Onion, minced 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Worchestershire Sauce 1 Tbl.
  • Lemon rind, grated 1 Tbl.
  • Salt 1 1 tsp.

Directions
  1. Heat butter. Add onion and brown slightly.
  2. Add juice and seasonings. Serve hot over broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, or cabbage.
  3. Toasted sliced almonds may be sprinkled over the top of vegetables.
