Potato Salat with Shrimp

- 800 g potatoes (firm) shopping list
- 6 TBSP lemon juice shopping list
- 5 TBSP oil shopping list
- 2 TBSP dry sherry shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 shallot shopping list
- 1 ripe avocado shopping list
- a bunch of rucola shopping list
- 250 gr,approx. of peeled, deveined and cooked shrimp shopping list
How to make it
- wash, cooked, peel potatoes,
- cut into slices
- make a creamy sauce of
- lemon juice, oil, sherry, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper.
- pour over potatoes
- leave to let the aroma soak through the potatoes
- peel shallot, chop finely.
- slice in half avocado, remove pit, peel, sprinkle with lemon immediately to keep from getting brown.
- cut avocado halves in three sections, then into wedges, not too thin.
- add to potatoes
- wash Rucola, remove the hard end of the stem, cut into small strips, saving a handful for later decoration
- add shrimp and rucola to patatoes, mixing well.
- check seasoning
- decorate with remaining rucola - serve!
- Voilá! a glass of chilled white wine will go well.
