My mom always used to make us rice with cream of mushroom soup in and I love it, but I decided to try something a little different the other night and it actually turned out pretty good!

Ingredients
- Minute Rice or regular rice whichever you prefer
- 1 Can of Clam Chowder soup
- Splash of milk
Directions
- Make rice according to package.
- Stir in can of clam chowder soup (you may need a couple cans depending on how much rice you made)
- Add a splash of milk depending on how thick or thin you want it
- Continue to stir over low heat till heated through.
- Goes great with green beans and warm dinner rolls!
